COMPOUND MANAGEMENT
Residents are committed to paying a yearly service charge which we utilise towards the day-to-day running costs of your development and is used to cover items such as maintenance, repairs, gardening for communal facilities, as well as for any staff that might work at the development
OUR EXPERTISE
LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT
Ensuring all lawns and trees are watered appropriately and kept nourished throughout the year. Maintaining and sweeping of the communal areas.
UTILITY MANAGEMENT
Ensuring all lighting, heating and gas facilities are all in working order and checked regularly to meet health and safety regulation.
WINDOW CLEANING
This would typically include all external windows as well as internal windows in communal areas.​
LIFT MAINTENANCE

Cleaning, repairing and servicing all the lifts ensuring the lifts are safe, reliable and efficient.
FIRE SAFETY
Carrying out fire risk assessments to ensure that all fire safety measures are taken to ensure the safety of all the staff and residents of the compound.
MECHANICAL SUPORT
Includes items such as water pumps, electrically powered entry or security gates, communal heating boilers etc.
GENERAL REPAIRS
Maintenance of any repairs around the compound and dealing with repairs related to resident's properties.
STAFF SALARIES
Paying all onsite staff that are employed specifically to work for the compound.
BUILDING INSURANCE
In the case that insurance is required under the terms of the lease we cover the risks relevant to the development.
AUDIT TRAILS
Carrying out audit trails detailing accounting records, project details and financial data.
